|Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of
clearance of funds and delivered within 3 to 7 working days (depending
on the destination). If for some reason we cannot deliver within the
agreed time we will inform the customer immediately and arrange another

All purchases are sent via Courier, in signature required protective
packaging. If you have any special instructions for the Courier
delivery, then please advise at time of purchase.
|Shipping of purchases is
charged out at a flat rate of $5.00 anywhere within New Zealand. We use
Courier Post couriers.
All purchases are dispatched in signature required courier packages. We
do our utmost to ensure your goods reach you as quickly as possible, and
request a signature for your peace of mind.
All packages are bubble wrapped for extra protection.
You will be advised of a shipping number, so that you can Track & Trace
delivers within New Zealand. Overseas buyers are advised to please not
to purchase through this site.

Grooming.co.nz are protected under The Consumer Guarantee Act of
1993. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are
faulty, you have the right to a replacement or a refund. You may apply
up to 7 working days after the date of delivery for a full refund or
replacement, excluding freight and packaging costs.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened products.
Goods must be returned to us unopened and in the condition they were
dispatched to you. A full refund (excluding freight and packaging costs)
will be made within 30 days after we have received the goods.
Damaged or defective goods must be returned to us before replacements
can be sent. Credit card refunds will be to the card used for the
original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to
appear on your card statement.
